- Suitable for beginners and people with previous experience
- Learn the basic principles of Tai Chi
- Simple exercises using using whole body movements
- Learn the Chen style old form (lao jia)
- Very good for strengthening the body and calming the mind
- Regular practice helps improve both health and martial arts abilities
- I am a registered instructor with the Tai Chi union for Great Britain (TCUGB) with over 25 years experience practising internal Chinese martial arts
